This 3 month mentorship meets you where you are to work out how best to take your business to the next level.
Your business needs to be financially, emotionally and energetically sustainable, and to achieve that you need to be paid enough to be profitable; you need a reliable stream of ideal clients and the sales skills to sell your services effectively.
I coach women who feel their business has turned into a demanding job, complete with long hours for not enough pay. I help them create a simple and sustainable business model, so they can finally enjoy the freedom that comes with being their own boss.
Together we'll look at how to offer your clients even greater value than you do already (and how to charge for that higher value) and how to leverage your strengths (empathy, listening skills, honesty, intuition, relationship-building) to move you from dreading sales and marketing to giving you exceptional skills in both areas.
Over the three months of the mentorship, we'll most likely focus on three main areas:
Raising your rates
Authentic marketing, based on relationship-building
Ethical and effective sales conversations
Where our emphasis falls will depend on your own unique combination of needs, circumstances, previous experience, inner blocks and existing skill-set. This is the benefit of working 1:1 - you don't need to waste time going over skills you already have in order to benefit the rest of the group, you get to go at your own pace and focus more on any areas that are particular bugbears for you. You'll get as much support as you need to grow your business as much as possible within the three months.
Trying to tackle any one of these issues on its own doesn't take account of how much they're all interwoven, so tends to be ineffective. This is the reason to spend several months digging in to working on all of them in concert - and spending some time on your own money story and mindset issues as well, since there's a very good chance these have been holding back your business.
This whole outline of what a mentorship could look like is simply an example - if you do a free consultation with me then, assuming we both think we'd be a good fit, I will take everything you tell me about where you're at now and what you most need, and combine that with my skills and experience to produce a mentorship proposal that's completely bespoke - and which might therefore look noticeably different from this example. However, since I personally won't even consider signing up to work with someone when they don't reveal in advance any of the details of how that would work or what it might cost, I like to provide my own potential clients with some better information to go on...

When can we start - and what will it cost?
Well, first of all, we'll need to have a free consultation call to work out if this is a good fit overall and if so, whether you're ready to start with the mentorship, or whether you'd benefit from beginning with Solve One Thing first, to work on your messaging.
If you're confident in your message though, we'll be able to roll up our sleeves and start working on raising your rates and transforming your marketing and sales work into one of the most creative and fulfilling aspects of your business.
Your investment for three months of business strategy, mentoring, training and copywriting support is £3,500 (roughly $4,600 USD). This can also be paid in four installments of £950.
What kind of support is included?
We'll start with a comprehensive onboarding session, to assess exactly where your business is at the moment and to create a plan to ensure that you get the absolute maximum out of your mentorship for the next six months. We'll work on goal-setting and tracking so that you make as much progress as possible, and we'll set this action plan in the broader context of the life you want to be living.
You'll get two 75 minute private coaching sessions per month for us to work together on the three main areas of raising your rates, developing your strategic partnerships and learning advanced sales skills.
In between sessions you get unlimited email and text access to ask me anything, so you don't have to stay stuck on small details. You can also request extra Zoom check-ins if there's something time-sensitive you need to discuss, or if you want to have a quick mini-session ahead of a big sales call or other significant event. Over the course of the Mentorship you can use up to five extra check-in sessions. My aim is for you to feel that you have a 24/7 thought partner who is dedicated to helping you grow your business.
You also get access to a private shared Trello account so we can collaborate, share documents and track your progress.
I will work with you to co-create new sales pages and to tweak the whole of your existing web copy to reflect your new business focus. This copywriting and brand voice strategy work is essential for you to command higher rates for your services.
You can also take advantage of my copywriting support with a weekly option to submit your newsletters, blog posts or other copy for my review and comments.
You'll get access to my 'little black book' of recommended service-providers - if you need support in an area that's outside my zone of genius (such as PR, visual branding or systems implementation), I can connect you with trusted experts in their fields.
You'll get all the support, brainstorming, accountability and guidance you need to get into action and start transforming your business.
Finally, you’ll get an extra check-in session 90 days after our mentorship ends, to review and tweak your strategy going into the future.
